Consulting for the definition of integrated Supply Chain models
After the Go-Live of the requested product, each customer can request a customized package for dedicated assistance, up to 24/7 availability.
Customers will be able to count on a competent service dedicated to solving any type of problem. The Support Team, specially created to provide the service, is led by the Support Director, a role occupied by a figure with thirty years of direct experience in the ICT world and Stesi products in particular. A first level of assistance, therefore already with high technical skills, is accompanied by a second level reserved for the resolution of problems that require further and more complex interventions.
